Un-fucking-real

In what universe is this acceptable? I want to think "none" but apparently teenage girls in Kentucky aren't part of this universe. They shouldn't be.

If Fe is the symbol for Iron, does that make women Iron Males?

Two

Glee and Parenthood. Although, frankly, Lauren Graham could be shelling peas and I'd still watch her. Laughing out loud

Earth Day

Folks, it is the 40th Anniversary of Earth Day. I propose that we celebrate Naked Thursday and Earth Day with naked mud wrestling.

Still searching for the right brainy quote.

Wrestling!

That reminds me. I do believe you owe me an oil wrestle, don't you?

Billy!

Billy the Exterminator, Dog the Bounty Hunter....seems I have a hunger for dumb asses these days. Professor C needs to watch these two - I swear they TRY to slaughter the English language.

Homes on Homes is actually my favorite at the moment. Mike is an extremely knowledgeable contractor, and helps people correct building atrocities committed by prior 'contractors'. His ep on building the first house for Brad Pitt in NO is priceless - only job he's ever undertaken that didn't complete on schedule. Poor Canadians got a good dose of Louisiana Half Ass.

OMG - I am totally hooked on Dog the Bounty Hunter!  I was actually CRYING watching it the other day!

Tex's picture

Hilarious, isn't it?

I don't think it's supposed to be a comedy though. Also, I think I'm gonna nominate 'em for a go on "What Not to Wear". Did you see the ep where she ran/walked in a marathon. Now what woman in her right mind with 48 DDDD boobs thinks she can run?

Yep, I have to say some of

Yep, I have to say some of the stuff she wears is beyond dodgy...!   I haven't seen the marathon ep yet - I think we are about 5 years behind!

(I am waiting with anticipation to see if you reciprocate my crush......)

Nurse Jackie

I am watching the first season of Nurse Jackie via Netflix and can't wait for the next disc to show up in my mailbox.

Still searching for the right brainy quote.

Yep, Nurse Jackie is probably

Yep, Nurse Jackie is probably number two on my list....I think it's brilliant!

The Doctor

We've only seen only been one episode with the new Doctor in the US so far, but if I had to pick just one show to watch for the rest of the year it would be Doctor Who.

Rusty - I love it that you

Rusty - I love it that you love Doctor Who!  I think I may have mentioned before that I haven't been able to watch this show as an adult as the daleks literally gave me nightmares as a child.  Having said that, it's a bit of an institution here (when a new Doctor is announced it gets news coverage) and I do like that....

canada's picture

Couldn't get that far

The opening of the show gave me nightmares as a child, never made it to an actual episode.

(I am now paranoid to write anything as I have little to no knowledge of grammar).

Steph's picture

I am not sure I ever made it

I am not sure I ever made it through a whole episode!
Oh please don't be paranoid! I don't live up to my own standards!

Daleks

The Daleks are scarey and I've heard they've been upgraded for the new series. I also love Torchwood; Children of Earth was one of the best mini-series I've ever seen. Thank you for BBC America. (I don't even have to turn on the sub-titles any more.)

Mad Men!

I'm a little late to the party on this one but I LOVE Mad Men!  Watched S1 and 2 back to back on DVD (on an almost obsessional basis) and am waiting to order S3 which is released here on Monday.  Smile

We're all born naked. The rest is drag.
