Happy New Year everyone! I'm so glad to hear that you made a New Year's resolution to keep up with your yoga, stretching, and physical therapy. I am here to help support you in that effort!

Why do you have shoulder pain? Bad posture, of course. Do you remember when you started slumping and hunching over? Did it start in high school or college when you crammed (or are cramming) for exams? Did it start at your job and the hours spent hunched over your computer? Well that slump in your posture, which is the cause of most shoulder pain, can be alleviated by opening the chest!

Again I'll be giving you postures and stretches you can do with a buddy.
