Stretch, Relax, Breathe: Positional Therapy

Welcome back everyone. I've just created a new series of Stretch, Relax, Breathe videos so you can continue your practice of self-sustained wellness.

Now that its summer we usually become more active; bike riding, running, camping, sports and other activities that may strain our bodies (if we haven't kept active all year!)

So I want to share with you a new technique that I've been working with that has shown great results with my clients dealing with various pains, and injuries. Its called Positional Therapy. Its an incredibly effective and passive processes of relaxing muscles without exerting any energy whatsoever!

I will explain more about it in the video, but in a nut shell these techniques I will show you can be done easily and safely anywhere. The basic concept behind Positional Therapy is that we "slacken" muscles, not stretch or contract them as in other kinds of body work. Intrigued?

In today's series we will work on our: Upper back. knees, forearms, thumbs, hips and glutes.
