Of all the summer film festivals that folks flock to over this season, the Internet Cat Video Film Festival at the Walker Center in Minneapolis is turning out to be one of the biggest. Starting tomorrow night, August 30, 2012 8:30 pm to 9:30 pm on the State Fairgrounds there will be appearances by Lil Bub, Grumpy, Pudge and a host of other meme makers and a roster of new home movies.
